The Wave ( it comes as a Starter Kit ) is a hand-held vibrating cleanser and comes with two trail packs of pre-soaped pads and the necessary AA battery.
The size of the Wave is perfect. It fits easily and comfortably in your hand and is about 3 inches in size ( approximately the size of your palm ). Small, half-dollar sized, pre-soaped pads are placed on the head of the Wave - and this is wonderful, mild Neutrogena soap. You activate the soap by running the Wave under some water. You then turn on the Wave with a push button and that's it. You're all set to use the Wave - moving it over your face. When you're done - you pull off the pad, and throw it away. Simple.
The soap pads are very easy to use. You just place them on the head of the Wave. The head is designed to "grab" the pads. There is no pushing, no connecting, no messing with anything - just put them there.
My favorite thing about the Wave though, is that it can be used at the sink or in the shower. Yes, in the shower! You don't have to make an extra stop at the sink to wash your face before jumping into the shower. Yipee!
The vibration of the Wave is just perfect, gentle - it is NOT abrasive and it does not move in circles or brush against your face. You don't end up with patchy red areas!
The soap on the pads is mild and soft and leaves your face feeling wonderful. Neutrogena is famous for it's soap, and using it once, you know why.
Because both the vibration and soap is mild - you can safely use the Wave every day, anytime you wash your face. You don't have to be concerned with using it too often or it being too rough on you. I use it daily without any issues at all.
Travelers : This item is small and you can easily put it in your make-up case or travel-pack.
I got the pink colored Wave, though I have seen green and blue colors available.
My only issue with the whole package is that the pre-soaped pads do not come in a re-sealable pouch.
All and all, though - This items is great and I highly recommend it.
This item includes : Wave Cleanser device, 14 pre-soaped pads and a AA battery.
Refill pads, in sets of 30, are required after you use the initially supplied 14.

Each refill box includes a new velcro plastic attachment for the eraser. It's very easy to pop off the old attachment and pop on the new one - mr. 13 year old son replaced it with no problems or instructions.
These pads are straightforward, light foaming, gentle cleaning. The active ingredient is salycilic acid, a good treatment for acne. There is a soap in the ingredient line, nothing much different from the ingredients in shampoo and bar soap. This is gentle enough to use every day.
There is another pad that works very well in combination with these, a light exfoliating product. Maybe rotate these pads in twice or three times per week. Neutrogena Wave Deep Clean Gentle Foaming Exfoliating Pads , 30-Count Boxes (Pack of 3)
This system has gotten my 13 year old son to wash his face almost every night. He likes the device and the vibration. It has helped control adolescent acne. You mileage may vary.

The exfoliating brush is very soft, so I guess if you have sensitive skin, it would be good. For my skin, which is not sensitive, I kept wishing that the bristles were a little stiffer.
The cremes that come in the kit really are nice. Smell delicious and work nicely. Since the tool broke I have just been applying with my fingertips.
I have contacted the seller ( Pretika Corp.) directly to see how they will handle this. Will update the review when I hear.

Although it was pretty 'harsh' the first time I used it, I can truly say that once I established a routine I saw results.
Go slow at first and listen to your skin. If you feel pain -- STOP. If you want to try again later, do so. However, I cannot use this 2x per week like the directions say you can. It burns too much. Right now I am on the every other week schedule.
Great alternative to spending time and money without any efforts.

I had problems with acne on my arms for years, ever since I was 16 years old. So over the years I developed acne scares. I never felt comfortable wearing short shelves above my elbow. Now I just brought this a day away and I used it in the morning and at night and already see a differences.
I'm hoping my skin will improve within a month so I could show off my sexy new arms. However, I do see myself using this everyday!
However, I don't use anything else with this product, so it really does hurt. But I'll take the pain any day to get rid of my acne scars.

(More customer reviews)Liked the idea of "total body experience" and decided to treat myself to a nice set. The reason I gave it 2 stars and not 1 is because of its nice packaging. It comes with a handle and a few attachments for different parts of your body. I didn't try all of them, only the one for the body (the biggest one), and you really have to hold it at a certain angle, otherwise, this thing just slips off the handle. another thing, the handle is too short for the "hard-to-reach places." And I hate the body creme! It is so hard to rid off and it doesn't really make me feel "clean" after the shower... it leaves or at least it feels like it does some kind of a thin layer on my skin (I do clean it well)... I've been using Micro Pearl Abrasion Resurfacing Treatment with Micronized Pearl for my face and love this product! So, excellent results from using this product gave me an idea to go for the "total body experience." What a disappointment, especially for $130! There are so many sets out there and the most expensive one certainly doesn't mean the best. Try neutrogena set for around $40 or the one mentioned above (available @ drugstore.com) before you decide to waste $130!

DDF-Doctor's Dermatologic Formula Revolve 400X Micro-Polishing System Review

(More customer reviews)I'm not a girl with too many gifts in life, but one I do have is great skin. Unfortunately, this genetic boon has made me somewhat lackadaisical about my skincare regimen. Now that I'm in my 40's, it's time to get a little more serious about this.
I've been using the DDF Revolve 400X Micro-Polishing System for two weeks now. When it arrived, the first thing I did was pop in the batteries and test it on the back of my hand. It felt great! Upon reading the instructions, I thought, "Doing this for one minute a day is not going to be enough." But actually, it is.
I've been using the machine exactly as recommended. It comes with two different types of heads used for two different activities. The soft-bristled brush can be used for daily cleansing--except for on days when you use the flat sponge head for exfoliation.
The first time I used my foaming cleanser with the brush head, I applied the cleanser directly to the device (as opposed to my skin) and I wondered if it would foam up like crazy. The micro-polisher spread the cleanser fine, but everything was sort of dry and not that foamy. I quickly learned that things are much more comfortable if you re-wet the brush head once or twice as you go. Using the machine on my skin does feel great. I start out at the lower speed and work my way up to the higher one. My thoughts of scrubbing my face for ten minutes at a time were way off-base. This is a fairly intense cleansing. There's nothing remotely irritating about it, but the recommended minute is really all you need. You can just tell. When I was done, my skin felt super clean and super smooth and just really, really good. And, FWIW, I now find that I'm more diligent in my use of sun screen, night cream, moisturizer, etc.
The next day I tried out the exfoliation function. It's recommended that you not do this more than twice a week, which seems about right. I'm sure that once a week will be plenty for many. For exfoliation, use one of the two included sponge heads. These sponges are firm and dense, like the kind you use to apply makeup. You'll also use a small amount (half a teaspoon) of the included DFF Polishing Crystals. Here, rather than on the machine head, I placed small dollops around my cheeks and chin. (It seemed less spreadable than the cleanser.) The cream has a very gritty texture, and when used it was noticeably self-warming, as advertised. Here again, I'd recommend thoroughly saturating the sponge head with water before use, and re-wetting if necessary so things don't get too dry and abrasive. And don't overdo exfoliation; it's like sand-blasting your face--but in a good way, LOL.
Again, I felt great and tingly after using the micro-polisher to exfoliate. To be honest, I suspect my esthetician would say that the polishing crystals are too abrasive to be used for exfoliation. (She always says that about things that feel good.) So, when my supply runs out, I'll probably continue to use the machine with a gentler product that she recommends.
I'll note again that I don't have any skin problems to cope with. Users with sensitive skin, rosacia, acne, or other issues may find their results to be more or less optimal than mine. Should I experience anything not noted here with extended use, I will update this review accordingly.
I see that some reviewers aren't pleased with the value of this product. I'll be honest, I find it hard to judge. I never purchase these sorts of luxury items, so I can't effectively compare it to similar products. All I can tell you is that I'm quite delighted with this little machine. While it is costly, it seems to be doing its job quite well, and it offers me a minute of real indulgence in my day. Like I said, it's a highlight.

These pore strips are really great, they don't remove everything by using it once but after using these strips 5 times in three weeks my nose is almost free from blackheads.
I have tried pore strips from other companies with bad results but in my search all over the internet I found these to be the best of all. To have the best results the pore strip shall be applied just after walking out of a hot shower on the wet skin.

Since then I purchased one refill at the local store but when I went to buy some more I can't find them. I recently broke down a paid the $19 price tag on these, like the title says, I love the product but dont like the price. I think originally these were in the $5 price range.

I used to get a lot of blackheads on my cheeks and chin and the scrub has significantly reduced them. In so doing this it has also made my pores smaller. Just remember that this is a scrub and not so much a cleanser. So I use Oxy maximum strength acne wash right after I use the blackhead eliminating scrub.

Smooth it on thinly and just let it do its thing. I can feel it almost immediately start drawing out the dirt, oils and whatever. It makes my face flushed for 15-20 minutes, and as per NaturOli, that is totally normal. Great customer service! It actually startled me a bit my first time using it, so I sent an email and had a reply within minutes totally reassuring me that is normal. It is WORKING!!!! And boy does it ever work! If I ever notice a pimple coming up, I run for it, wash and dab some on. Incredibly, about half the time or better, I stop the zit in its tracks. Pretty cool! I could not be more impressed! Be sure to read the directions. A little goes a long way. This is anything but the typical mask - and I've used a lot of them (even ones at 3 or 4 times the price!) Awesome!
