(More customer reviews)I bought this product when I was pregnant. In the 1st and into my 2nd trimester I suffered from horrible acne. When you're pregnant you aren't supposed to use the typical acne medications. This product was recommended by both my dermatologist and a pregnant esthetician because of its very low but effective level of salicylic acid. I bought this at full price ($90.00) because I was desperate for a "cure" and it was a miracle worker! Within 2-3 weeks I saw dramatic improvements. My acne cleared up right away and any new acne I developed was gone within a day or two. It even kept my typically dry skin sufficiently hydrated. In addition my skin felt amazing and much more firm. It does smell very strongly and isn't a very pleasant smell (in reference to the other review posted) but you do get used to it and the benefits of this solution far outweigh the smell, if you give it a chance.
