He was using a different product (clearasil cream) but with limited success... after using La Roche-Posay Effaclar K Acne Treatment Fluid (30ml), he got immediate relief... his pimples haven't stopped appearing (because those come naturally during adolescence stage) but, they go away very quickly just applying once a day as and when they appear ... he is very satisfied... highly recommend this product and seller is good too !!!
