(More customer reviews)I have always had oily skin and large pores, so Dr. Hellman recommended these pads. They contain salicylic acid, a common ingredient in acne medications. After using them my skin was dry and oil-free for the rest of the day! I found them particularly useful before having photos taken. If you don't use them more than once per day, your skin shouldn't get too dry. I actually think this treatment contributed to smaller pore size, although I can't be sure. I would recommend these pads for anyone with oily skin.
