(More customer reviews)I came across this acne system when I ran out of my Clearasil facewash, which wasn't helping with breakouts, and wanted to try something new. It was purchased on a whim. Today has been my 2nd full day using it and it works great so far!
Recently I've been breaking out due to stressing about a class I'm taking for my job, and having a temporary long distance relationship from my husband. I'm in my early 20s so I guess I still have teenage skin.
The face wash has a light tingling feeling after it's left on a couple seconds. In this kit it is 3.3 FL OZ. The daily moisturizer is more of a gel, and i apply oil-free moisturizer on top of this before i put on makeup. That is only 0.65 oz so I know it won't last me long. The cleansing pads are great to use on your most common acne prone areas before bed. There are 55 pads which is nice for the price tag. The cleansing pads do dry out the skin though, which is why i just use them before bed.
The areas I have acne are my forehead around my hairline (hairspray would be my guess), whiteheads on my forehead, light acne on my chin area, and just the normal blackheads around my nose. The first day I used it I noticed the redness going down on the forehead and chin acne. Today when I used it I noticed that the blackheads around my nose are noticeably reducing in number. I've also used the facewash in the morning when I wake up and before I go to bed.
It's the best system I've used so far, but I've never had many issues with acne, just during dramatic climate change and stress. I'll update this review after a month or two to let you know how the system is still holding up. I definitely will need to purchase bigger bottles haha!
