A bit on background on my skin. .tried literally every drugstore/department brand, and nothing worked. Also was on two rounds of accutane, and my acne still came back. (It's genetic, by the way. .my dad had the same problem when he was my age). I started changing my diet to avoiding processed/fast food, and more whole grains. That helped, but I still had acne. Out of desperation, I found this website [...] and started using their 10% alpha hydroxy acid. Worked for about six months, then when summer hit, started breaking out even more. Read that beta hydroxy acids penetrate into the skin more than alpha hydroxy. .so decided to give this a go. Skin's not completely clear, but it worked to clear up the cystic acne I sometimes get monthly. Will continue using this.
