My skin definitely cleared up some with it, although I've been doing other stuff to improve my skin care routine as well. Concentrate this stuff in your worst break-out zones for awesome results. Also, moisturize moisturize moisturize, day and night, each time you use it! If not, it can potentially dry your skin, even if you have oily skin. And then your skin is irritated and dry and more susceptible to bacteria. So moisturize with this! But it's really a good product, would recommend to anyone with stubborn acne.
