I've used all the face washes (salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide), used the astringents and spot-treatments, and tried the natural stuff. I've found this to be the most effective product for me. I use it once a day as face scrub in the morning, and at night I use a mild cleanser. I've been using this for about 2 years now, and have been acne-free the whole time. Definitely use a lotion afterwards though, because this will dry out your skin. And use white face towels, because this will bleach the color out of anything else.
