It works great on zits exactly as described so when I saw a nice 5 star review several weeks ago on this site for the Heat Treat, I bought this product. I know the reviewer has since changed her review from a 5 star to a 1 star, but I have to thank her immensely! The Heat Treat has really helped me keep my zit outbreaks under control. Also, I've had no problems with the tool (it works great with the serum to maximize absorption). If I do, I will come back and update my review for sure, but so far it works great and I will continue to use this product.
On another note, now that I have used this product, I have to agree with another reviewer about one thing...it does look like someone is PURPOSEFULLY writing bad reviews on this site about this product. I'm glad that I did not pay credence to these reviews, as I would never have known what a wonderful product the Heat Treat is!
