This 'oil' is actually a liquid wax ester that has served as a replacement for whale oil in cosmetics because of it's very close similarity to sebum (your own natural body oil). It can be used on skin or hair, and is a very powerful and ideal moisturizer that can be combined with as little as 2 or 1 drops to your soap and moisturizers. Can also be used with sugar to create a very gentle, skin-softening exfoliator.
I recommend this to anyone in search of a great moisturizer. My order came fast, they made sure to tape the cap of the bottle and placed it into a ziploc which was then placed into a box with biodegradable packing peanuts and my order-receipt. Would order from them again.
