(More customer reviews)This product works (at least for me). Another reviewer compalined about the menthol but I like the feeling. It helps me keep my hands off the pimple and it relieves the soreness. It is very good on blind (below the surface of the skin) pimples and for ingrown hairs. I am planning on buying another set of these when the set I have runs out. This works better on pimples not already popped and I have noticed that on some it dries out the top layer of skin (like peeling no actual dry skin).
