Use the system twice a day and your acne will dramatically diminish over a 4 week period. I've found that if you drink at least 28oz of water a day (not hard to do in small sips) and stay away from processed foods, that my skin looked better faster. I also drink 12oz of water first thing in the am and right before bed. Water tends to clean u out much more at night.
Oh by the way, Murad does not bleach your hair or clothing like Proactiv does.
As you go through the system your skin will clearup and then around week 3, the pimples will reappear. This is known as purging, In a nutshell, the medication is finding pimples deep within your skin and pushing up to the surface. THIS IS NORMAL! So stay calm when you see it happen. It just working its magic, it will clear up very soon. After using Murad for over a few years, my skin is much softer clearer and pore size is reduced.
