(More customer reviews)I have sensitive skin which is easily irritated by chemicals in acne medication. Even proactive, and treatments prescribed to me by my dermatologist either irritated my skin so it got worse, or did absolutely nothing at all. For nearly 6 years I tried to ignore it and live with it, or find treatments. It wasn't severe enough for accutane, and I didn't have constant health insurance for the dermatologist either. Finally it dawned on me that I should give the natural and organic route a try since chemicals seemed to disagree with my skin.This is the very first treatment I've used that doesn't irritate my skin at all and actually works against my, what was once constant, acne. I routinely wash with the Kiss My Face Shea Soy bar and use Break Out afterwards. I follow up with a moisturizer, currently Cell Mate 15, and now my skin looks so much better! I'm VERY pleased with this gel! (Though I wish it came in a larger amount.)
If you have sensitive skin and have a hard time finding acne treatments, I HIGHLY recommend giving this product (and other kiss my face organics products) a try for a couple of weeks. The pepperminty vapors feel very refreshing. (however using it on chilly, damp skin makes it even colder!!)
