Though subtle, my skin has definitely improved in appearance (smoother, tighter pores, wrinkles softened) since I began using it. I used a similarly effective product by another company but the intense artificial scent made continuing impossible. The Neutrogena Ageless Intensives Deep Wrinkle Moisture, Night, 1.4-Ounce Tubes is scent free. If your skin, like mine, is too sensitive for prescription Retin-A, I'd recommend trying this.
