(More customer reviews)My family has used North American Herb and Spice Oil of Oregano for many years. It is one of the few natural supplements that has had effective consistent results. This brand seems to work much better than any other we've tried and the Super Strength is the best of the best. We have not noticed any adverse side effects from taking this oil. Dr. Cass Ingram's "The Cure is in the Cupboard" gives comprehensive information on what the oil does for different conditions and how much to take for each one. Some things it has helped with in our family are: athletes feet and nail fungus, preventing flu and cold viruses or respiratory infections, (if experiencing symptoms it minimized them), helping shorten the duration and severity of sore throats. Some other things it has proven by research are destroying molds and fungi, reversing pain and inflammation, and many others. With flu season around the corner we're going to keep taking this product to help the immune system fight against all the things we encounter. As a nurse I am always looking for natural safe remedies and this products gets an A+ rating with me!
